My lovely and ridiculously talented wife Jaclyn just won two gold medals in the Manitoba Home Builders Association Renovation of the Year Awards. She works as a designer/project manager for a local design/build company, capping a successful first year with two well-deserved awards. She was up against some serious competition and came away with gold in 2 of 2 categories she was nominated in. She’s the best.

so what were the fields? strongest foundation of them all? neatest roof line? bet placement of bathroom on main floor? perfection of step height?
heh. categories were much less imaginative – best kitchen, addition, bathroom, etc.
Jaclyn won for best kitchen and best rec room.
