Many events are a walk in the park. You toss up a post and everyone brings their own booze. Other events have the same load as a silicon valley startup. We build this add-on to support a 5 day, 10 simultaneous track conference with over 5,000 attendees. Whether you are running a small event or SXSW, your attendees will know whats happening, when and where to show up and will praise your organizational skills.
The Conference Manager Add-On allows you to set up multiple rooms (tracks), and create sessions and assign times for each speaker. We have added a series of new views including a schedule overview, day view, a happening-now view (previous session, current session and next session) and a modified single event view.
