After the update the "Adding Post Thumbnails to the Events List Widget" not work

After the new update all the information I followed in /adding-post-thumbnails-to-the-events-list-widget/ … is not working now! I checked again the customization to see this code:

Are there any problem with this update?

Can check in http://ude.edu.uy/fce-ude/calendarios-examenes/ that the events pictures are not showed anymore!

Could you let everyone know how this problem was solved?

The file was rewritten and the cached history was showing the previous file. But after removed the cached, was configured the file again
