Cannot search second-language with WPML plugin

According to the web server log, the event calendar plugin may miss the SQL command.
MySQL version is 5.5.x.
When “The Event Calendar” plugin was turned off, the error didn’t appear.

When the search in second language (like http://www.cseas.kyoto-u.ac.jp/info/en/

I’m sorry you’re experiencing difficulties – but I’m afraid that, at this time, there are a number of compatibility issues between our respective plugins and we are unable to assist with any problems that may arise when both are activated.

We are keen to improve the situation and as soon as we have enough time to commit to this we’ll certainly make further enquiries and work with the WPML team as needed – right now though I don’t think there’s too much more we can do to assist.

We are excited to report that our upcoming release, The Events Calendar 3.12, includes changes that greatly improve the compatibility between The Events Calendar and WPML. We’ve been working hard on this integration for some time and we want to specifically thank all of our users who requested and waited for this feature. We appreciate all of the support and patience!

Version 3.12 of The Events Calendar will greatly improve compatibility with WPML, but we still have work to do. If you run into any problems integrating the two plugins, please post in our forums so that we can look into the issues. We’ll be on the look out for tweaks and fixes that will improve things further.
