Can't import from Eventbrite

    I get the message: We were unable to import your Eventbrite event. Please verify the event id and try again.

    API is entered in the user profile.

    Hi, royalwise. Great question! 🙂

    That definitely shouldn’t happen if you have your Eventbrite API key in your user profile. If you give me the event ID and eventbrite URL, I can try troubleshooting on my end.

    I’m hoping that no news is good news. 🙂 Were you able to get your events importing successfully?

    Hi Kelly, I have the same problem, events can’t be imported from Eventbrite. Is it possible that I need to use the API key of the main account holder at Eventbrite? In my case, I just got some sort of sub-account from my client.
