Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. Were you finally able to resolve this issue? If not, I would suggest clearing your browser cache (and cookies) and attempting again. We use Stripe to securely process all credit card transactions, so it’s possible that there was a temporary issue with their API, which might have been causing the issue.
