I am looking at The Events Calendar plugin and I came across this notice: “Please also note: You may not be able to import events that Facebook deems adult in nature, including breweries, bars, night clubs, and adult entertainment. The Facebook API dictates that only public, unrestricted events are importable at this time.”
I own a bar, does this mean that I will not be able to sync my events between facebook and my website?

Thanks for the interest in Facebook Events.

I can answer your question. It is possible that you may not be able to import events from your Facebook Page, however, you can check the restrictions on your page first to see.

If you look at the section in this article:

Titled: “Unsupported get request” it has some steps to look for and change the restrictions on a page.

Although Facebook may not allow it and unfortunately, we do not have way to get events from a restricted page as the API does not allow it.
