Displaying today's events on homepage

Howdy,

Before I buy, I need to know if I can display the content from yoursite.com/events/today/ on the home page of my WordPress site. Is that doable?

‘Yes’ you should be able to do that!

However, that is not exactly a feature that is supported out of the box. All events are Custom Post Types, so it will be very easy to create a custom theme WP_Query in your template, searching for ‘tribe_events’ post type.

You can also query for one of our widgets (create a widgetable area) and format it for your front page.

You may find the Event Rocket plugin to be very useful. It is experimental and we are not able to support it, but it was created by one of our developers and it might give you some of the answers you’re looking for. You can use shortcodes to put our widgets in any place.
