I updated to the new version of the calendar and now every single Event Category I have linked in my menu it not working. I tried different browsers. I tried turning the permalinks on and off. I need help quick because these are the pieces of the site that sell tickets.

Thanks for reaching out to us!
As an initial step, can you verify that you’ve followed the Testing for Conflicts procedures to see if this is possibly a plugin or theme conflict? Also, can you ensure that the core Events Calendar plugin and all add ons are updated to the latest version 3.8.
Let me know if either of those helps.
Thanks!

October 8, 2014 at 6:52 am #796393maria mirandaParticipantOh! And all the Event Calendar plugins are 3.8. We use the Event Calendar, Event Calendar Pro, and the WooTickets.

But it’s only these pages having the problems.Ticket Booth

October 9, 2014 at 11:49 pm #800029JoshParticipantHello sharon,
I checked out the site and didn’t see anything that looked like it could be causing the issue within the settings. It seems like this still may be a theme or plugin conflict. Would it be possible to see the site setup with the default theme and plugins disabled?
If you’re unable to do so on the live site, would you be willing to set up a new install as a subdirectory on your hosting environment and see if the issue persists?
Thanks!
October 13, 2014 at 12:04 pm #808095maria mirandaParticipantI have a dev environment I can set up a test of the site in, but I wasn’t sure if that would work because the Calendar’s license is pointing at the live site.
October 15, 2014 at 11:07 am #812606JoshParticipantHello sharon,
You should be fine testing on the dev site. The license is only needed for updates to the plugin on live sites.
To test, just download the plugin from your http://tri.be account and install on your dev site. You won’t need to add the license key on the dev site.
Thanks!

October 20, 2014 at 7:42 am #821496smpcherrypointParticipantI’m experiencing the same issue.
this works: /events/ (brings up a list current events)
this does not: /events/category/ (the content area is blank)October 20, 2014 at 8:18 am #821603smpcherrypointParticipantAlso note the page title for
/events/category/
is Category Archives
