Events Calendar Pro won't update

    My site apparently crashed because of an outdated Events Calendar Pro version. Now that I have the site back up, I can’t get Pro to update. Current version is 3.6.1. I tried to update and received a fail msg. Now I don’t have have the option to try again. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the current Events Calendar, but I hesitate to do the same with Pro, fearing it will cost me another $65. What do I do?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out here.

    Can you download a new version of Pro from your account on tri.be?

    Sign in here and go to:

    Account Central > Downloads

    There you should be able to get to the latest version that way.

    You can then deactivate and delete Pro and replace it with the downloaded version from the site.

    Let me know if you can get that to work.
