How far can URLs can be customized?

Hi! I’m looking at TEC to use on my site. I am looking forward to use some pretty rigid url conventions. Is this possible to customize in your plugin?:
a) http://[site]/events/2013-08/%5Bevent-name%5D for single events?
b) http://[site]/events/tag and http://[site]/events/category to contain some template and not a 404 page?

Is it possible to use site wide categories for events? Right now the free version offers this same thing for tags but has a separate categories taxonomy.

Lastly, I would like to point out that the demo with ES_es (spanish) translated “upcoming” as “proximo”, but should be “proximos” (with a final s). Is this something that can be fixed?

Btw, Further using the free version, using es_ES (spanish), the single event page lists the event’s tags with wrong urls.
http://[site-url]/eventos/tag/%5Btag-name%5D/ with throws a 404, while manually entering http://[site-url]/eventos/etiqueta/%5Btag-name%5D/ works.

Hi, Fernando. These are great questions.

It is absolutely possible to customize the URLs for single events. First, you’ll want to make sure you’ve set up your WordPress install to use pretty permalinks. Then, you can specify the individual event slug to be whatever you like on the individual event page.

As far as the tags and categories pages within TEC, those pages should be there assuming there is content to display. If you’re getting a 404, that’s something we can definitely troubleshoot with you in the PRO forum.

The Categories taxonomy is specific to TEC, and that is consistent between the free and PRO versions. Tags are sitewide in both.
