Not importing Eventrbite event– event ID is legit

this is the first time using the plugin. My client set up their events on EB and I’m trying to just import them using the plugin, but it keeps showing an error message that it can’t import the event. The plugin says the event URL should look like this: https://www.eventbrite.com/event/212356789

But my client’s URL looks like this: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/total-team-training-seminars-tickets-12061844301

I used the number at the end multiple times but it won’t import. Please help! Thanks!

Solved. In case anyone else has this problem, I’d logged in with my web dev email and the client’s Eventbrite API was not linked to that email address. Oops.
