Hello. We are a middle school. We are in the process of redesigning our website and moving from a basic html site to one built in WordPress. We currently use Trumba calendar and are looking for a potential replacement, due to the high cost of Trumba. However, we are having a difficult time finding the functionality that is important. The 2 Trumba features that are most valuable to us are:
1. The ability for users to subscribe to the ENTIRE calendar, rather than single events. After they subscribe, they get weekly emails that include a list of the next two weeks worth of events. We can also send an immediate email if we need to, or turn the reminders off for a period of time, like during the summer months when school is not in session.
2. The ability to upload a list of email addresses, so that at new students enroll each year, we can easily add all the parent email addresses and remove old ones ourselves, rather than hoping that parents will take those steps.Thank you in advance.

This is not quite facilitated by The Events Calendar/Events Calendar PRO. As a customization though it wouldn’t be too hard to achieve. Support for a regular RSS feed is supported however, via WordPress itself.
2. The ability to upload a list of email addresses, so that at new students enroll each year, we can easily add all the parent email addresses and remove old ones ourselves, rather than hoping that parents will take those steps.
We do not provide any tools to manage subscriber email addresses or anything of that order – and don’t plan to do so at this time.
I hope that clarifies things, but please let me know if we can help with anything else.
Thanks!
