Swimming with wild dolphins
Julie dreamed of swimming with dolphins for as long as I have known her. We went kayaking to what is one of the best snorkeling places I have been to in my life (and I’ve seen quite a few).
1/2 way there a whole pod of spinner dolphins surrounded us, jumping in the air and swimming below. We got in and swam with them for an hour and a half. Too bad my camera ran out of memory 3 minutes into it, before they lost their shyness and really came close. Another life goal achieved. Stunning.
Wow, web compression sure doesn’t do this video any favors. They were way way closer than it looks here. The shot at about a minute survived the transcoder the best.
