Event List View
The standard list view shows a nice loop of events, starting with today. You can then paginate into the future or back to past events. The default loop provides just enough detail to concisely cover the basics of what’s happening, when it’s going down and why it’s important.
Stand Alone Events Page
The Events Calendar offers a number of options for publishing events with a customizable page. Support for all-day events, multi-day events & shorter events with set hours.
Venues and Organizers
The "who" and "where" of your events. Venues include a name, phone number & full address with optional map (regardless of where in the world it may be taking place). For organizers, you can include a name, phone number, website and email address.
Google Maps: Latest API
Backend map previews to show how your venue map will appear before publication. Scalable, embedable Google maps on the frontend. Or, a less intrusive icon that simply links through to view the map at Google. And the latest Google Maps API. All come standard in ECP 2.0.
Multiple Widgets
The Events Calendar comes with a standard list widget to display upcoming events in your sidebar. In Events Calendar PRO, additional widget offerings - Next Event, Calendar/Grid View and an Advanced List Widget - are also all on the table.
Simple Admin Interface
Just look for the Events sidebar option and create your listings just as you would regular posts. Since events are a custom post type, anyone familiar with publishing regular posts or pages will pick it up in a snap.
Internationalized & Translated
Well prepared for translation to a language other than English, Events Calendar Pro 2.0 currently features over 24 languages with more being added throughout the release cycle. Are you a translator and want to contribute? We'd love to hear from you.
Default Settings
Under the settings page, configure whether /events on your site displays as grid view or list view once, and you’ll never have to think about it again. Set your day end (midnight or 3am)? Change the url from "events" to "picnics" and more...
