A custom platform helps vendors provide A+ roadside assistance in North America
AAA / CAA clubs manage an armada of third-party vendors, from towing companies to repair shops, to deliver great service to their 60 million members. We collaborated with the U.S. and Canadian national headquarters to create the SPOT—a vendor communication and management framework to help individual clubs stay on top of their day-to-day business.
Built on WordPress multisite, the platform provides necessary two-way communications, booking and reporting tools, and compliance and performance metrics. Vendors get a personalized experience targeting their offerings, contracts, and unique workflows—everything they need to consistently deliver excellent service to AAA.
