Diverse digital solutions power an intricate loyalty program.

After developing a platform to power over 370 radio stations, Townsquare Media approached us with a new challenge: create a customer loyalty and engagement program for their radio listeners (similar to mileage points for airlines). Users earned points through select behaviors, such as engaging in contests, taking quizzes to help better target ads, visiting advertiser sites, and simply spending time listening to the stations. They could gamble the points in online games we built, use them for shopping, or participate in drawings for substantial prizes. 

We applied our multisite build for DJ schedules and integrated capabilities for live music streaming, personalized advertising, and cross-posting content across various subsites within the network. All of this was easily controlled from the main parent site. This project ran the gamut from complex algorithms dictated by the SEC and massive customer and product management systems to beautifully designed HTML5 games. In all, we spent a year finessing what made more than 25 million users a month tick.
