Contract Pricing:
Any of these projects represent a time and materials contract, and time will be invoiced at our hourly rate of $220/hr. This represents a 12% discounted hourly rate, from our standard rate of $250/hr., for DIR contracts.

Customer is required to reference DIR contract number DIR-TSO-4283 on Purchase Order
Warranty:
30 days following project completion – Any issues / fixes filed prior to this date, pertaining to the scope of this contract, will be addressed by the Modern Tribe team. We might not have finished addressing all of the fixes by this date, but the fixes must be filed by this date to be covered by the warranty.
