One of our values at Modern Tribe is continuous improvement. Whether through small improvements or big strategic initiatives, we’re continually trying to make our work better, and make Modern Tribe a better place to work. To that end, we’ve made some organizational changes.
Meet your new Delivery Team: Ashley Flynn-Corbin & Adam Holisky
Ashley and Adam are making up a new team within the Agency focused on successful project execution. Together, they are the shepherds of good work into and out of our agency.
Ashley, as Agency Delivery Manager, will own the flow of projects, optimizing our potential for producing good work. The flow of work includes project allocation, resourcing, and scheduling. Additionally, Ashley owns the project management methodology that our teams use to work to the best of their abilities. The Agency PM team will report to Ashley directly, to ensure that our teams are producing work that meets our customers’ goals.
Adam’s role as Product Strategy Manager is similar in spirit. His focus will be shifted slightly to ensure that the work itself meets the needs of our clients. He will continue to work directly with, and manage, the agency Strategists. Adam will evolve and push the strategy discipline forward. Working closely with other discipline leads, Adam will be responsible for our teams knowing what success looks like and how to get there.
What does this mean for you? Ashley will no longer be managing projects directly. Ashley’s projects will be transitioned to Ilia Baum, one of Modern Tribe’s senior Project Managers. Beyond that, we hope you’ll see that our work is continuously improving and our teams are productive and efficient. Ashley and Adam may appear on a call every now and then to say hi, check in, and see how things are going.
