Stanford 125 Wins a National CASE Award

Nothing feels better than seeing the people we care about succeed. After picking up a Gold Award of Excellence from CASE District VII, our friends at Stanford University went on to receive national recognition at the 2017 CASE Circle of Excellence Awards. The dean’s office and communications team beat out over 3,000 other entries and snagged a national Bronze Award for the Stanford 125 Anniversary website, an engaging collection of stories that showcases the university’s rich history and impact.

After a collaborative discovery phase with the dean’s office and the communications team, we designed and built the site using our Panel Builder framework to support the university’s robust collection of events, tailored videos, interactive timelines, photo histories, personalized narratives, dynamic maps, games and much more. I personally love the Then and Now photo mashup content.

We’re so proud of this partnership and all of the effort from the Stanford team in managing this university-wide initiative. Best of luck to the team as the site advances to the national stage at the national CASE Circle of Excellence Awards in June.

The 125th Anniversary site is also up for a Webby Award. Give them your vote for the people’s choice!
